Promotional Products – our selling client headquartered in the Midwest has EBITDA in excess of $5 million. Our process created an "auction" involving three significant LOIs. The client owners want to remain operating the company, and will receive a significant payout plus 25% of the firm.
Internet of Things – our client is raising capital to fund growth and expand their service offerings. We have secured numerous real estate clients for their sensor technology, and expect they will be profitable in Q1 of 2018.
