Herman Neo has an intensive 30-year hands-on experience in the fields of finance, accounting, operations, management, and leadership. He started his career as Management Consultant at Big-4 Firm before he served various management and C-Level Executive positions. His areas of expertise including auditing, accounting system, ERP implementation, financial and management accounting, turnaround strategies, small to mid-size M&A, capital raise and debt restructuring assignments.

He has been exposed to various industries such as manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, forestry, rigid plastic packaging, food & beverage, hospitality, financial services, travel & leisure, e-commerce. During his career, he has served key positions in various companies located the United States, Singapore, and Indonesia. He speaks fluently three languages of English, Indonesian and Malay.
